Welcome to January's Event: An Egg is Hatching... The Story
Hagrid has summoned you to his Hut on school grounds. As you walk in the door, you notice a gigantic egg sitting on his central table. When you ask Hagrid where the egg came from, he tells you he has no idea. He also doesn't know what's inside it. While you're talking about the egg, cracks start to form on its surface. The egg is hatching! But, what can it be? Your TaskYour task, should you choose to accept it, is to create your own and draw (by hand or digitally) a unique magical creature that is about to hatch from Hagrid's egg! - Submit your entries via private message to Aria Chastain. - Ensure the subject title of your private message is January's An Egg is Hatching. - Ensure that all work is your own work. - You must give your magical creature a unique name (not the creatures name but the species). - When you've submitted your entry, you can post in this thread discussing what you created and write a detailed description of your magical creature. DO NOT post pictures in this thread. - ALL Entries are due by 11:59 PM EST on January 31st, 2021.
